Our Treks and SAFARIS

CAMPING SAFARIS - Samburu Wildlife Safari - 3 Days

Day 1 :Leave Nairobi in the morning for a 3 hour drive to Mountain Rock Lodge (Mt Kenya) for lunch, then a further 3-4 hours drive north to Samburu Game Reserve. On arrival, do a game drive en route to our camp by the river banks. Dinner and overnight bush camp.

Day 2: Whole day of game drives in Samburu. Samburu park which straddles the Ewasongiro River is the most renowned representative of semi-arid parks in Kenya. Some endemic animals found here are found no where else on our tour circuit. These include the reticulated girrafe, jackson hartebeest, grevy zebra and gerenuk among others. Overnight bush camp

Day 3: Morning game drive as we leave the Reserve for a drive back to Mountain Rock Lodge for lunch. Later return to Nairobi.
